1. Investigate

Then, get another relay with the same part number and replace it with the gasoline pump, pushing it directly into the socket. After that, try starting the engine.
5. Trick the Computer
Sometimes, the vacuum leaks or the funky temperature sensor can accumulate to give an air-fuel mixture. This mixture turns out to be quite thick, turns the engine cold, and deters it from starting at all.
